Neck-muscle tension and anti-gravity response

Briefly, release of neck-muscle tension, allowing surface muscles in the neck to lengthen, increases the anti-gravity response in postural muscles; shortening the same muscles decreases the strength of the response.

What is it ?

What is the Alexander Technique ?  

I prefer the term Alexander "work" cause to me that's what it is "Work." "Brainwork" as Miss Goldie called it!

I'm excited to be here talking about Alexander Technique and want to share with the world 

the exponential benefits I'm getting from this notoriously difficult to explain Technique.
